About User Registration

To purchase Park tickets, you are required to register for a MyDisney (free of charge).
Please read the "Terms of Use" before registering. After registering, you can use the website by entering your registered e-mail address and password (you can also use the MyDisney you registered when using the Tokyo Disney Resort Online Reservations & Tickets website).

　　

Regarding Email Addresses

　　　

A reservation/purchase confirmation email will be sent to the email address you have registered.

　　　

1. Letters and characters that can be used in email addresses are as follows.

  • Half-width letters and numbers, some symbols (. ! # $ % & ‘ * + – / = ? ^ _ ` { | } ~)

    • Please note that emails cannot be sent to email addresses that do not comply with the specifications set out in the RFC (Request For Comments) international standards for email addresses. If the email address you have registered includes any of the following, please change it to a different email address.

  • Characters other than the permittable characters mentioned above
  • Consecutive periods
  • A period at the beginning of the email address or immediately before the @ mark

    2. If using email filters, please make sure to allow emails from the domain "@tokyodisneyresort.jp".

    Payments

    Payments can be made by credit card, PayPay or Alipay.
    - When using a credit card, authentication by the Cardholder Authentication Service (3D-Secure) is required.

    Accepted Credit Cards

    In addition to JCB, the official card of Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea, the following credit cards will be accepted:
    VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club Card, Orico, Mitsubishi UFJ Nicos, AEON CREDIT SERVICE, TOYOTA FINANCE.
    - Orico and Mitsubishi UFJ Nicos only accept cards with the JCB, VISA, MasterCard, and American Express brand marks.

    • - Security is currently being enhanced for credit card use.
    • - PayPay credit card payments are not accepted.

    Security code

    When making purchases with a credit card, we ask that a security code be entered in order to prevent unauthorized use.
    The last 3 digits printed on the back of the card is the security code.

    • - For American Express cards, the 4-digit security code is printed on the upper right part on the front side of the card, above the credit card number (for some cards it will be printed on the left).
    • - Your credit card PIN is different from the security code.

    Cardholder Authentication Service (3D-Secure)

    This website uses Cardholder Authentication Service (3D-Secure) to ensure a higher degree of security for credit card payments. To use this service, you need a password that you create online with your credit card company. Please note that this authentication service is not available for some credit cards.
