Required fees other than the price of the Park ticket
The cost for preparing a smartphone necessary to display the Park ticket as well as any communication charges incurred for displaying the Park ticket and downloading the Tokyo Disney Resort App must be covered by you.
Limitation to the numbers of tickets to be sold
Up to five tickets can be purchased per transaction. If you wish to purchase six or more tickets, please purchase them with multiple transactions.
The payment with the credit card or PayPay may be accepted.
To make a payment, you can use the following major credit cards:
JCB (the official card of Tokyo Disneyland and Tokyo DisneySea), VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Diners Club Card, Orico, Mitsubishi UFJ Nicos, AEON CREDIT SERVICE and TOYOTA FINANCE (Only Orico and Mitsubishi UFJ Nicos, with the JCB, VISA, MasterCard or American Express brand mark will be accepted.)
Authentication by the personal identification service (3-D secure) shall be required upon using the credit card.
Each credit card company or agency for advance payment shall charge the price of the ticket on you pursuant to the agreement separately executed between you and the applicable company or agency. Please make the payment in accordance with that bill.
The payment with the credit card cannot be selected when using PayPay.
Please be informed that currently we are tightening the security on the use of credit card.
The ticket will be available immediately after your purchase.
Once your order for the Park ticket is completed, requests for refunds will not be accepted if made for personal reasons.
In the event that the Park is closed due to any event of the followings, you may cancel the Park ticket you have purchased and receive the refund.
(1)In the event that the Park becomes inoperable due to Force Majeure such as acts of God, fire, electric power outage (including planned electric blackouts), suspension of public transportation service, etc.;
(2)In the event that the Park becomes inoperable due to reasons beyond the Company’s control, such as the spread of an infectious disease or a request from an administrative agency to reduce or suspend operations or other administrative guidance;
(3)In the event that the Company determines that any other reasons similar to the preceding items have occurred.
Fixed-date tickets shall be on sale until the day to being fixed.
Sales of the Park tickets may be temporarily suspended without notice if the numbers of ticket sold reach the certain upper limit.
Ticket types that are sold out may become available for purchase again without notice.
It is necessary to have a smartphone and have the Tokyo Disney Resort App downloaded in order to use the Park ticket.（iOS13.0 or later version of iPhone or Android 7.0 or later version of Android are applicable.）
The Park ticket will become invalid after its expiration date.
Regarding Park tickets acceptable to make changes to admission dates, changes to the fixed admission date and age category within the same ticket type can be made as long as the Park ticket is unused and still within the validity period. (Tickets newly purchased for such change are limited to the tickets on sale only.). In this case, you will need to pay the difference between the current Park ticket and the newly purchased ticket.
The validity period of the Park ticket will not be extended upon changing the admission date.
Making changes through this service may not be accepted since the security on the use of credit cards has been tightened.
The Park tickets cannot be transferred to a third party whether for profit or as a gift.
Registration of Disney account (free of charge) is required in order to use this service.
